Shipping conditions

The delivery of the goods takes place in Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries:

We charge shipping costs/small quantity surcharge at a flat rate of 6.90 CHF per order to Switzerland and 5 Euro to Kosovo.


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 6 days after the conclusion of the contract.

Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
